Jewelry, bodysuits, intimates, swimsuits, gift cards, bath & body products, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unused, unworn items with original tags may be returned up to 90 days after the order date. Refunds will be paid as store credit when the returned items are received by L’mod. Store credit will be emailed to the original purchaser as a gift card. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges for unused, unworn items with original tags may be processed any time. Exchanges will be processed for the same product (considering exchanges for size, color, etc.) and are subject to availability of the replacement product requested. Availability of the replacement product requested is based on the date the exchanged item is received by L’mod. If the customer prefers guarantee of product availability, the replacement product can be purchased, and the exchange item can be returned. Shipping fees related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate an exchange or return. Packages sent to L'mod without prior authorization of an exchange or return are not eligible for refund and/or exchange and will be forfeited to L'mod.
