Unused, unworn items with original tags may be returned at no cost to the customer up to 90 days after order date. Refunds will be paid as store credit when the returned items are received by L’mod. Exchanges for unused, unworn items with original tags may be processed any time at no cost to the customer. Exchanges will be processed for the same product (considering exchanges for size, color, etc.) and are subject to availability of the replacement product requested. Availability of the replacement product requested is based on the date the exchanged item is received by L’mod. If the customer prefers guarantee of product availability, the replacement product can be purchased, and the exchange item can be returned.
