Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you receive from L'mod Boutique! Our return policy is in place to help you find the perfect wardrobe. Feel free to contact us at any time for advice, to say hi, or to give us feedback. We're always here for you! 

Ineligible Merchandise 

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Jewelry
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates
  • Swimsuits
  • Gift cards
  • Bath & body products
  • Sale items, including flash sales and holiday sales.

 

Return & Refund Requirements

Unused, unworn items with original tags may be returned up to 90 days after the delivery date. Refunds are processed when the returned item(s) are received by L’mod Boutique. The customer can choose from the following refund methods:

  • Store credit for the full amount of the original purchase amount less $4.99 return shipping*. Your store credit is issued via email on a gift card, which does not have an expiration date. 
  • Credit back to the original form of payment for the original purchase amount less $4.99 return shipping* and a 10% processing fee**.

*Return shipping is deducted when L'mod Boutique provides a shipping label. The customer may purchase their own shipping label and the $4.99 return shipping will not be deducted.

**The processing fee is to recoup part of the transaction processing fees and the loss of restocking out of season merchandise. 

 

Initiate a Return

Email hello@lmodboutique.com with the subject "RETURN" to initiate a return. Packages sent to L'mod without prior authorization of a return are not eligible for refund and will be forfeited to L'mod.

 

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Contact hello@lmodboutique.com within 3 days of receipt if you feel you have received a damaged or defective item.
